You can reserve your room for as little as £100 holding fee which is fully refundable until 30th April 2018. Yes, even those of you looking for cheap student accommodations in Birmingham City Centre will be pleasantly surprised to see the unmatched cost-to-quality ratio that we have!
In full – you can pay for the full term, you will not need a guarantor and can claim a 3% discount.
Instalments – we offer 2 instalment plans, both subject to a Rent Warranty. Please see below.
Termly – 1st months rent due by 1st August 2018, the remaining balance to be paid in 3 equal instalments to co-inside with student finance dates
Monthly – 1st months’ rent due by 1st August 2018 or before move in date (whichever is earliest) followed by equal payments to begin 1st October (again dates to be adapted for early starts).
Procedure For Taking Up A Tenancy
1st October 2017 – 30th April 2018
ONLY £100 will reserve your room. Return completed Booking Form with holding fee of £100.00. This can be cancelled at no charge if you advise us before 30th April 2018.
1st May 2018
£250 low deposit due (less £100 if holding fee paid). If deposit not received by this date, you will not qualify for discount and your booking may be released, holding fee not refunded. £35 cleaning fee due (refunded on completion of tenancy, if check out procedure followed) & £30 admin fee.
1st June 2018
For instalment payment plans, IDs for all students and completed applications to be received to qualify for any discounts.
1st August 2018
First months rent must be paid, or booking will be released. No refund.
Completed and signed tenancy agreements to be returned.
20th August 2018
If paying in full (see special offer for discounts) rent to be paid.
(Note – For early starts, payment is always due before move in date)
With a Warranty Certificate (You may need a guarantor), rent can be paid either monthly or termly in advance. Without a Warranty Certificate rent for the full tenancy term, must be paid in full (huge 3% discount available for full payment). To obtain a rent warranty you or your guarantor must:
- a) have a clean credit history
- b) be a UK resident of 12 months or more
- c) have earnings or savings of 3 x annual rent charge
If your course begins before the standard dates in September, we can accommodate you if you let us know. Spaces are limited but available.
