Booking Form FAQs
Registering interest for 2023/24?
Please fill in your name and email address and we’ll contact you in regard to any upcoming prices, discounts and further information.
Do I need to fill in every section?
No. However, please try and fill in as much of the booking form as possible. If there’s anything missing that we require now or in the future, we’ll get in contact with yourself.
Room type
Please specify the room you’re interested in. For example, 6 bed flat – Classic. The room types can be found here.
Preferences
If you have any preferences on floor, flatmates or would like to detail people that you’d like to live with. Please specify this in the “preferred” sections of the page. We’ll try our best to match all your requirements. If we’re unable to or can’t match all your requirements, we’ll get in touch to let you know what’s available.
Instalments
Instalments and their details can be found on the book a room page here. We accept payment in full (Which allows for a 3% discount as long as the booking is direct), Termly and Monthly (The amount of monthly tenancies are limited).
Tenancy Length
You have the option of a 45 week and 51 week tenancy. However, if you’re looking for a summer let or would be interested in a longer tenancy, please contact us and we’ll see what’s available.
Why do you need my university details?
The reason for needing your university details is because of council tax. As students are exempt from council tax, we’re required to provide the details in the booking from, in order to exempt yourself. You can find further details on the University of Birmingham page.
Guarantor details
If you’re looking to pay in instalments, you’ll require a UK guarantor. For more details, please look at the Book A Room page.

Booking a viewing?
Once you have taken a virtual tour you may wish to come and see us in person. If you’d like to book a viewing, please call us on 01926 511915 or submit your preference the contact us page. Please note that viewings are conducted Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
