The Deluxe room is a great room for those who are looking for that little bit extra luxury and privacy. These rooms, are en-suite, have great views and also do not share the their top floor with any other tenant. The large windows in the rooms also allow for plenty of natural light. Furthermore, the study space inside the room has been made to provide a more enclosed setting to ensure that there can we no distractions whilst studying.

Duncan Smith House Duplex

Located on the top floor of Duncan Smith House. These duplexes, provide a perfect home for those who are looking for privacy but also want a social element to their stay. It also provides a perfect opportunity to those who are looking in pairs. The duplexes are also separated over two floors, allowing for more personal space.

All duplexes have two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen a space. You don’t even have to worry about your laundry with the on-site laundry facilities.

Events are also thrown throughout the year for all students under the Premier Student Hall Roof. The most recent of which was our bonfire night celebration, which included a pizza van, games, free drinks and fireworks! All of which, occur at Cadnam Hall up the road from Duncan Smith House.

The Area

Situated slightly outside the main student area of Selly Oak, leafy Harborne has two main high streets – Selly Oak Shopping Park and the Student Oriented Harborne high street – full of nice pubs and coffee shops meaning the area is quieter and makes you feel safe. Ideally located, students living here have a 15 minute walk to campus or a short bus ride to the City Centre.
