For those that choose to book early. There’s also many options in regards to the rooms. From rooms 1-5 in most flats, ground floor to 3rd floor, north to south facing, etc. Providing options to those who want to find their ideal room.

If you’re also looking to share with undergraduates, postgraduates or all female. Please specify your requests when booking and we’ll try our best to assign you to your ideal flat (We’ll contact you before assigning you to a flat).

Cadnam Hall

Cadnam Hall, is ideal for students studying at the University of Birmingham. Getting to Uni is quick and easy by foot via a direct footpath right outside the building

All rooms at Cadnam Hall come with a private en-suite shower room, a double bed, plenty of storage, and a study desk. Our large communal kitchens are the perfect place to mingle with your flatmates, and you don’t even have to worry about your laundry with the on-site laundry facilities. You also won’t need to worry about making the walk to the university gym with the brand new Cadnam Gym now available to use.

Events are also thrown throughout the year for all students under the Premier Student Hall Roof. The most recent of which was our bonfire night celebration, which included a pizza van, games, free drinks and fireworks!

The Area

Situated slightly outside the main student area of Selly Oak, leafy Harborne has two main high streets – Selly Oak Shopping Park and the Student Oriented Harborne high street – full of nice pubs and coffee shops meaning the area is quieter and makes you feel safe. Ideally located, students living here have a 15 minute walk to campus or a short bus ride to the City Centre.
