Room Description

The deluxe room is a great room for those who are looking to have that additional privacy and space. Being a similar size to the classic room in terms of the main room, the deluxe room benefits from having additional space around the side of the rooms. Previously we’ve had tenants use this space as a lounge, dining and studying space. However it’s up to you on how you make it your perfect space.

Duncan Smith House Duplex

Located to the rear of Duncan Smith House. Links View (2, 8 bed houses), provide a perfect home for those who are looking for a more cost effective but social option. It also provides a perfect opportunity to those who are looking in larger group.

Both 8 bed houses have all en-suite bathrooms, double beds, lounge, kitchen space and a mini fridge. You don’t even have to worry about your laundry with the on-site laundry facilities.

Events are also thrown throughout the year for all students under the Premier Student Hall Roof. The most recent of which was our bonfire night celebration, which included a pizza van, games, free drinks and fireworks! All of which, occur at Cadnam Hall up the road from Duncan Smith House.

The Area

Situated slightly outside the main student area of Selly Oak, leafy Harborne has two main high streets – Selly Oak Shopping Park and the Student Oriented Harborne high street – full of nice pubs and coffee shops meaning the area is quieter and makes you feel safe. Ideally located, students living here have a 20 minute walk to campus or a short bus ride to the City Centre.
