Student accommodation payment options
|Termly||4 weeks rent rent due by the 15th August 2022, the remaining balance to be paid in 3 equal instalments to co-inside with student finance dates.|
|Monthly||1st months rent due by the 15th August 2022 or before move in date (whichever is earliest) followed by equal payments to begin, the 1st of each month (again dates to be adapted for early starts).|
Procedure for taking up a tenancy
In Full – you can pay for the full term, you will not need a guarantor and can claim a 3% discount.
Instalments – we offer 2 instalment plans, both subject to a rent guarantor. Please see below.
|1st Oct – 29th Feb||ONLY £100 will reserve your room. Return completed Booking Form with holding fee of £100.00. This can be cancelled at no charge if you advise us before 1st March.|
|1st March||£250 low deposit due (less £100 if holding fee paid). If deposit not received by this date, you will not qualify for discount and your booking may be released, holding fee not refunded.|
|1st June||For instalment payment plans, IDs for all students and completed applications by guarantor must be made.|
|15th Aug||First rent instalment must be paid, or booking will be released. No refund. Completed and signed tenancy agreements to be returned.|
|20th August||If paying in full, rent to be paid.
(Note – For early starts, payment is always due before move in date)
You may need someone to Guarantee rent payments, referred to as a Guarantor. In order to be successful, your guarantor must
- Have a clean credit history
- Be a UK resident of 12 months or more
- Have earnings or savings of 3 x annual rent charge
- Be willing to be your rent payment
If your course begins before the standard dates in August/September, we can accommodate you if you let us know.

We will advise by email our specific dates, for our busy period in September.
