Refer a Friend Scheme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Refer a Friend promotion (“the Scheme”) offered by Premier Student Halls (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By participating in this Scheme, all participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Scheme is open to new applicants booking accommodation with us.
1.2 To qualify, students must book together as a group through the Refer a Friend Scheme.
1.3 All participants must:
-
Be new customers, and
-
Complete a full tenancy agreement.
1.4 Existing residents may participate only where expressly approved by management.
1.5 The Refer-a-Friend incentive is only available to residents and applicants who book directly with Premier Student Halls/Warwick Place via our website, in person, or through our internal sales team.
Bookings made through third-party agents or other external intermediaries are not eligible for this promotion.
Where a booking is submitted via a third party, any referral incentive will be void, regardless of any prior referral.
2. How the Scheme Works
2.1 A valid referral group consists of:

One original applicant (“Referrer”), and
-
One or more friends (“Referred Students”) who book at the same time.
2.2 All members of the group must:
-
Apply together, and
-
Reference each other’s names at the time of booking.
2.3 Referrals submitted after booking confirmation will not be accepted.
2.4 Each group is treated as a single referral unit.
3. Reward Structure (Per Person)
Rewards are applied to each eligible member of the group, subject to meeting the conditions below.
3.1 Two Students (Referrer + 1 Friend)

3.2 Three Students (2+ Group)

£125 off rent per person

3.3 Four Students

£150 off rent per person
Plus choice of one: -

3.4 Four or More Students (4+ Group)

£175 off rent per person
Plus choice of one: -
£100 Laundry credit

Bedding package
-
Kitchen starter package
4. Reward Application
4.1 Rent discounts will be applied directly to each student’s rent account.
4.2 Non-cash rewards will be provided after the tenancy start date.
4.3 Rewards will only be issued once:
-
All members have signed tenancy agreements, and
-
Initial payments have been received.
4.4 No cash alternative is available.
5. Cancellations & Ineligibility
5.1 If any group member:
-
Cancels their booking,
-
Fails to move in,
-
Withdraws before the tenancy start date, or
-
Is in serious rent arrears,
the group’s eligibility may be reviewed.
5.2 Where group numbers fall below a qualifying tier, rewards may be reduced accordingly.
5.3 We reserve the right to withdraw rewards issued in error.
6. Limitations
6.1 The Scheme applies to direct bookings only.
6.2 The Scheme cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Students may only participate in one referral group.
6.4 Self-referrals are not permitted.
7. Misuse
7.1 Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Scheme may result in disqualification.
7.2 We reserve the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected misuse.
8. Changes to the Scheme
8.1 We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time.
8.2 Changes will not affect valid, confirmed bookings.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
